Description
“I use it as a hair serum after blow drying and just before hairspray… It creates volume, stops frizz, and adds an absolutely beautiful shine.”
“It makes my hair feel so soft (and smell good)!”
QuickSilverHair Scalp Oil Ingredients:
Italian Olive Squalane Oil, Rosemary Oil, and a hint of Lavender and Ginger Essential Oils.
Clear, lightweight, and clean oil.
Squalane is a clear, lightweight oil closely related to squalene, a lipid your skin makes naturally. Mine is derived from olives, so it won’t stain silver or white hair. It softens hair, helps reduce breakage from brushing and styling, and replenishes moisture. Learn more: What Is Squalane Oil?
QuickSilverHair Scalp Oil* Instructions:
- For scalp massage: Use 2-4 pumps on your fingertips and massage into your scalp before bed, then shampoo in the morning. Or massage it in one hour before washing your hair.
- Use 1-2 pumps to smooth & seal dry or frizzy hair. Use in place of your favorite silicone based serum.
- Use 3-4 pumps with QuickSilverHair Clay to make the clarifying mask.
Remember a little goes a long way; it will be greasy if you use an excessive amount.
*A Few Friendly Reminders Before You Use
- I formulate with love, but every head of hair is different, so your results may vary. Read my Friendly Terms here.
- These are cosmetic products, made to care for your hair and skin. They aren’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Patch test first, please. If you have known allergies, try a small patch of skin for 24 hours before using more generously, and stop using the product if anything feels irritated.
- Clay works on buildup. Yellowing from product or mineral buildup usually responds well, but heat or UV damage won’t reverse. The clay is for skin and hair only, not for ingestion.
- Worried about hair loss? Please check in with your primary care provider, since there can be an underlying cause. My Hair Loss Ultimate Guide has information and support.
- Store it somewhere cool, out of direct sunlight.
- California Proposition 65 Warning: Consuming kaolin clay can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.
