Shipping to USA:
- All orders placed on QuickSilverHair.com are shipped via US Postal Service.
- All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
- It usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to reach you once shipped in the United States.
- Orders ship via Ground Advantage in most cases.
No International Shipping:
Due to increases in exchange fees, shipping rates, taxes, duties and lost packages, I ONLY ship to the US.
I have a few international customers that use the companies that collect US orders for you in the states and then send them onto you at a much lower shipping rate than I can get. I don’t have a current recommendation for this type of service, but please ask around in your community for more information. Also, if you know of a reliable service please send me the info so I can share with other international customers.
Tracking Information:
You should receive an email that includes your tracking number once your item has shipped. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder, if you don’t have an email with tracking info please send an email to me and I will get it to you.
Problem with Your Order:
Occasionally during processing, accidents happen, if you received the wrong item or there is a missing item from your order please contact me right away and I will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Physical products:
For safety, hygienic, and environmental reasons I do not accept returns. As a small manufacturer of cosmetics and hair care products I am required to ensure that all products I sell are sanitary and safe for use. Since I cannot guarantee products that have left our facility have not been contaminated or compromised, I cannot restock them. Thank you for your understanding.
Should you find you need assistance with the products or their use, please feel free to email me, I am always available to help you get the best results possible.
What to do if you didn’t receive your order or it was damaged:
I always hope that everything arrives to you quickly and safely. Unfortunately, losses and damages occur. Once I have hand packed and sealed your package up, I hand it over to my USPS carrier, and from there any number of things can occur in transit. Please read this section carefully and and follow the instructions to submit a claim to me should something happen with your order.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED DAMAGED:
- Items arrive damaged in transit – clay busted opened, or more than a ¼ of a bottle of oil has leaked out. Please understand it is normal for a small amount of oil to leak in transit, this happens due to pressure changes in shipment.
§ - Part of your order is missing due to the package opening in transit.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED LOST or MISDELIVERED PACKAGES:
- Shipment tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to be delivered. Mail carriers may attempt delivery and misscan as ‘delivered’ and will attempt redelivery. Make sure to check with neighbors especially in apartment complexes. If after 10 days of showing as delivered you have not received your package this is considered misdelivered, lost, or stolen.

- If tracking information has not updated for 2 weeks from the last updated scan this is considered delayed or missing. During high shipping times, this may only be a delay within USPS.
FOR ALL LOST OR STOLEN MAIL: Please report the tracking number to your local post office as lost or stolen.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM TO ME FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact me via email joli@quicksilverhair.com with your name and order #. I am happy to assist you and usually respond within 24 hours.
- Subject line: CLAIM for order #12345
- Name, address, and cell phone number (I may need to text or call you should emails be sent to junk mail)
- Description of your issue.
- Clear photographic evidence of any damages to product with shipping package.
- Proof of claim being filed on the tracking number with the USPS.
- If you did not receive your tracking number, please request this from me and I will get it to you as soon as possible.
- File claims with the USPS here > https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- You’ll receive an email confirmation of this claim, please forward it to joli@quicksilverhair.com or screenshot it and include with your damages photos and/or the rest of your claim information.
Once you have sent proof of filing with USPS, I will replace qualifying items.
We will continue to track your package, and should it appear, please let me know so we can close out the claim processing.
Claims take weeks to process with USPS so please be patient. This is an in-house policy and protective measure due to fraud issues.
WHAT I DO NOT REPLACE:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrectly provided address information from you.
- If you requested items to be left outside your property and they are stolen or cannot be found – you must file with USPS for stolen mail.
Please allow 10-15 business days to process your replacement, credit, or refund. I cannot refund the costs of shipping.
Returned Mail:
Should you give the wrong address, and the USPS returns your package to us. You will receive a refund less the amount of shipping charges incurred on our end. We will do our best to notify you of the returned package and refunded amount. You are welcome to place another order with the corrected mailing address at any time.
Digital eBooks, PDF’s, and courses:
No refunds, cancellations, or returns of digital and/or downloadable content. All sales final. If you have a technical issue please let us know via email.
Services:
I will offer a refund, only if we are unable to find a mutual time for an appointment. Once your appointment is made and I begin the research and the process of your consultation, there will be no refunds. Rescheduling is not a problem just give adequate notice.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders:
All cancelled orders need to be made before shipment processing, I cannot cancel processed orders. You will be refunded your order total minus processing fees within five to ten business days.
