Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • All orders shipped via US Postal Service.
  • It takes 3-5 business days for your order to reach you once shipped in the United States, but due to current delays please be patient.
  • If you order a kit it goes out Priority Mail and Single items go out via First Class mail.
  • All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

Due to increases in shipping rates, taxes, duties and lost packages, I only ship to the US. In the future, when I can find a more reasonable system than the US Postal Service, that includes tracking and insurance, I will reopen shipping to other countries again. Thank you for understanding. If you need help with a hair issue please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you. 

Tracking Information

You should receive an email via PayPal that includes your tracking number once your item has shipped. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder, if you don’t have an email with tracking info please send an email to me and I will get it to you.

Return Policy

You may return item(s) that are in original/unopened condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to begin a return. Opened product cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If you receive damaged items, I will replace the item as quickly as possible. It is normal for the oil to leak a little bit from the cap. If it is excessive leaking let me know.

Damages:

Please take a photo of any damages and the package, and email it to me so I can file a claim for damages. Unfortunately, for first class mail USPS is responsible for damages, please take to your local post office.

Should you find you need assistance with the products or their use, please feel free to email me, I am always available to help you get the best results possible.

– With your return, include a note as to why you are returning your item. And a copy of your original invoice.

Please allow 10-15 business days to process your exchange, credit, or refund. I cannot refund the cost of shipping either direction.
